You have a business tool idea but no technical arm? The model we offer

8 September 2026 · 5 min

The best ideas are born in the field

A buyer who rebuilds the same Excel file every Monday. An estimator who re-quotes a part that was already quoted. A broker who re-enters the same data into three tools. These people see the gap. They know exactly which tool is missing, because they suffer its absence every day.

And on the other side, developers build tools nobody is waiting for, because they do not know the field. Two halves of the same product that almost never meet.

Why these tools never get built

Not for lack of vision. For lack of a technical arm. The field expert who wants to make the idea real has three options today, all frustrating. Learn no-code: months of effort for a fragile result as soon as the need gets serious. Pay an agency: tens of thousands of euros up front, before the first client. Find a technical co-founder: rare, slow, and the right profile already has ten offers.

The result: the idea stays in the back of a mind, and the Excel file continues every Monday.

The model we offer: partnership

We decided to take the problem differently. You are an expert in your field. You have identified a real, uncovered need. You know companies ready to pay for the solution. We study the project together, and if it holds up, we partner.

The split is simple: you bring the field knowledge and the sales, we bring all the technology. First working tool within a week, hosted on our infrastructure. A client signs? We share the revenue.

You are not looking for a vendor. We are not looking for a client. We are looking for partners who know their field better than anyone.

What makes a good candidate idea

Not all ideas are equal, and we would rather be transparent about what we look at. A frequent problem (lived every week, not once a year). A narrow scope to start: a tool that does one thing very well beats a project that wants to do everything. Identified buyers: you can name five companies that would pay. And a domain where you have the legitimacy: your network and your credibility are what will sell the tool.

Conversely, a vague idea ("an app for my industry"), a market you do not know from the inside, or a need already well covered by an existing SaaS: we will tell you honestly at the study stage.

What this model is not

It is not free development against a promise. It is a partnership: each side invests what it does best, and each side is paid by the commercial success, not before. That is also why we are selective: we only partner on projects we believe in enough to put our own time into.
